TCL - Roku Tv - Help

Hi Everyone, 

 

Need some help .. I have a TCL Roku tv and I used to be able to stream my windows 10 computer too with a wireless dongle .. 

 

I have since upgraded to a new computer with built in wifi and windows 11 .. now I can no longer stream to the tv like I used too .. 

 

I reached out to TCL and they were no help .. rest your tv , rest your tv and so on .. 

 

Does anyone have any advice ?

A new computer indicates that your TV might be pointing to the old one? I am not super familiar with ROKU, but i would start with setting up the file sharing or whatever it is as if you are doing it for the first time. You may need to reset the TV to factory defaults.
