Graphics isn’t outputting from GPU, or onboard?

I put this in cpu/mb because this is no longer a gpu issue. Since removing my card my system still boots up fine (Windows 11 boot up sound still plays out of my monitors) but doesn’t output a display on my panel. 
 

Things I’ve tried

-Reseating, and eventually removing my gpu 

-reseating ram

-reseating all power connectors 

-cmos reset by unplugging every cable, removing the cmos battery, and shorting the reset pins out with a screwdriver for 30+ seconds. 

 

I am very close to packing this board up and replacing it with an asus strix because this is not the first VGA light I’ve gotten from it, but I’d like to see if there’s any saving this yet.
