How can I re-enable some of these policies on Microsoft Edge?

Edge browser tells me that my settings are ''Managed by your organization'', and my browser doesn't give me any website search suggestions from history.

I suspect I need to re-enable these two policies:

AutofillAddressEnabled false

SearchSuggestEnabled false

But I don't know how to do that. Any advice?

This is not a work or school computer, I'm on a low-end laptop with performance issues, so I used ChrisTitusTech's windows toolkit and used the ''essential tweaks'' button, which, while it did lower both my CPU and RAM usage by ~20-30%, I lost access to the search suggest stuff and I have no idea how to get it back.

Chris' windows toolkit has went through some changes recently and no longer has an "essential tweaks" button but looks something more like this now:

That being said, his script applies an automatic hidden configuration to a software called O&O ShutUp which you can find and read about here: https://www.oo-software.com/en/shutup10

It's offered as a portable executable that doesn't install anything to your computer but allows you to see and configure the full list of privacy settings currently set on your device, including the Edge browser search suggestions.
