xtu and well basically google is your friend here for your mac. That and trial and error most of the time. No chip is the same but there are a good few settings that usually work. I'm not super experienced here and normally just google cpu x undervolt settings and apply the most common one :p.

I know most of you people are windows users, however im experiencing a bit of a unique problem. so as you can see with the photo attached here this is my usual idle temp in Mac OS. However if I decide to load into windows using bootcamp. I average 67C on idle (in Mac OS its 39/40C) with fans running at 100% using Macs fan control. Moreover if I do anything it straight away thermal throttles hitting 97C I thought it may have been thermal paste issue so I took it apart not a task for the faint hearted. And reapplied noctua thermal paste to the GPU and CPU. however many problem still exists. I also cleaned out all the dust. ETC.

Idle temps do not matter especially on a laptop. What you want to look for is max temp under sustained load. As this heat soaks the device and is the worst case scenario.

Just keeping this here as a I know this I used endurance on Mac OS to get my load temp of 87 and prime 95 on windows to get my load temp of 97/98 right as it thermal throttles.

xtu and well basically google is your friend here for your mac. That and trial and error most of the time. No chip is the same but there are a good few settings that usually work. I'm not super experienced here and normally just google cpu x undervolt settings and apply the most common one :p.
