Somehow in my local online store have this thing, can anyone tell is this legit CPU for Asian market or just strip down from a laptop and what is the specification?

Garbage cpu, worse than 3600

 

Used 3600 and new 5500 go for ~2.1jt/140$ and those perform much better then that sad excuse of a 4500
