TeamGroup Zeus 16Gb (8x2) DDR4 3200Mhz CL 16-20-20-40 / 61€

Crucial Ballistix 16Gb (8x2) DDR4 3200Mhz CL 16-18-18-36 / 68€

Both 16Gb, both DDR4, both 3200Mhz, both CL16; what is different is the rest of the latency.

How much better is the Crucial in relation to the TeamGroup one?

The problem is not even the price, the problem is that i have to order the Ballistix while i don't for the Zeus, so, is it worth the time?

If you're just gonna enable XMP, I wouldn't worry about it. If you're gonna try to overclock the RAM I'd want to Ballistix since it's guaranteed to be Micron Rev. E and should overclock pretty nice, but the 12400 you've got doesn't have unlocked VCCSA voltages so overclocking RAM on it is mostly fruitless (you can't overvolt the memory controller so the speeds where you'll start noticing improvements aren't exactly possible to hit).

If it were me, I'd just get the TeamGroup kit. 2 ticks on tRCD and tRP aren't really that meaningful in the grand scheme of things.

Are you going to be running database operations or video encode server with this setup? If no: not going to notice a significant enough difference for it to matter.

Yeah, i don't plan on overclocking.

In the end, i might not even get the TeamGroup, i might go for G.Skill Aegis as is exactly like Crucial in specs:

G.Skill Kit 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 3200MHz Aegis CL16-18-18-38 and the price is 66.50€, between both previous RAMs.

And, like the TeamGroup one, i don't need to order it.
