subtle white noise and static sound and sometimes crackling in headset

So couple days ago i bought new kraken V3˙s and i plugged them in my pc and then the subtle noises started. I thought it could be the headset that is faulty but when i plugged them in any other pc they work just fine. I tried every possible solution that i found on the internet and it didn't help at all. I also tried switching usb ports but the problem still didn´t go away. Can anyone explain to me what the problem is?

 

pc specs:

-gtx 1060 3gb 

-i5 8400

-B360m HD3

-16 gb ram 2400 mhz

-600w VEGA psu i think
