Reboot and select proper boot Device

Last year I received an old computer from my grandparents it was working fine until a few months ago that was when the "reboot and select proper boot device" message started appearing. Since I have not been able to boot it even with a windows 10 bootable USB and switching the HDD For a new SSD

 

Model- acer aspire AX3950 

RAM- 8gb

Storage- Kingston A400 240GB SSD (original had WD 640GB HDD)

CPU- Intel i5 650

Graphics- Integrated

OS- Windows 10 home
