So I have been having a freezing problem on my computer for about 2 years or so. and I have had it looked at by professionals and they have been stumped every time. So I will explain what happens. The computer usually only locks under some sort of load like gaming but it doesn't just lock sometimes. Sometimes it will freeze my screen but not my mouse for a few seconds and then my mouse will freeze, or i have no control of what its doing and a game goes on for about 3 seconds then stops. I have had everything checked and rechecked. At first we thought it was over heating but it wasn't then we checked ram,the hard drive, everything. I don't know if this helps but if i'm listening to music and it freezes it loops the last noise.
