Hey there,

I'm having a really weird issue that involves my PC not shutting down. I've given it some time to see if it was finishing updates, but after an hour+ of waiting for it to shut down I decided to pull the plug. However, when I pull the plug and try to start the PC again it doesn't boot. I've never had this sort of problem before and I was wondering if anyone had some helpful troubleshooting tips.

So far I've tried:

Reinstalling Windows

Checking my Boot Order

Checking the DSIM (DISM.EXE /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth)

Running/Verifying my Windows with SFC /scannow
