Hi, So a friend asks me to help build his computer sins i also have a custom computer however I am kinda outdated and have no clue what is good for photoshop / Lightroom so outsource I come tho this amazing community for help.
So as specified above his budget is 1500 Euros, And he wants that the computer is able to handle at least 20 Google/Edge tabs Photoshop and Lightroom at the same time.
