im not 100% sure on that because i will not be purchasing all at once i was considering purchasing a few components every month or so so the budget could blow out

I would recommend putting money aside until you can buy all at once. You will have the advantage of waiting until new products come out, as well.

Also, most places warranty and return windows start at the time of purchase. If you find the first parts you bought are faulty, and take a long time to acquire all the parts, you will lost some of that time.
