I am trying to choose between MSI (RTX 3060 Ventus 3X 12G V2 OC),EVGA GeForce RTX 3060 XC 12G, and MSI (RTX 3060 Gaming X 12G)

Out of these get the Gaming X if you care about noise, if not get the Ventus.

 

A better option would be an RX 6600 XT. Unless you're rendering it's faster and much cheaper. XFX Speedster SWFT210 Radeon RX 6600 XT CORE Gaming Graphics Card with 8GB GDDR6 HDMI 3xDP, AMD RDNA 2 RX-66XT8DFDQ : Electronics (amazon.com)

My vote goes for the EVGA, simply on warranty and customer support alone. The 3060 doesn't really need much cooling.
