PC randomly restarting when opening discord/voice meter.

I got a new CPU, Motherboard, Ram and SSD everything was fine then it randomly restarted and now it does sometimes randomly and everytime when i open discord or voice meter.

Tried different SSD and HDD same problem...

Tried both sticks of ram one at a time same problem

Tried different PSU same problem

Multiple fresh windows installs still happens tried different gpu drivers and it still happens, weirdest part is that games can run fine just cant open discord or voice meter or pc randomly restarts.

CPU : Ryzen 5 5600x

Motherboard : Gigabyte B450m D3SH

Ram : Corsair 3200mhz

 

 

 

Please any help I am really confused cheers.

Just done another fresh windows install and its restarted when installing drivers.

My guess is audio drivers. Try disabling the audio device in Device Manager, and try using an add-in soundcard or an external sound device through USB. 

 

What exactly to you mean by random restarts? Black screen, power cut, BSOD, etc...

The screen goes black then the RGB on the pc turns off then back on quickly (which im guessing means it turns off).
I've tried new audio drivers same issue, and now whenever I try to install GPU drivers it restarts aswell.

Not a solution, but just something to keep in mind is GPU drivers usually also deal with audio because outputs like HDMI and DP are able to send an audio signal to displays.
