Spotify web player(?) screen problem

Hi,

 

So I've never seen anything like this. When I open open.spotify.com my screen goes crazy as you can see from the video I attached. It only does this with Spotify. I wasn't able to recreate this with any other website. After I unplug then reconnect my monitor from my GPU it stops doing it and it won't come back until I restart my computer. I use a GT 1030 with a HDMI-VGA passive adapter.

Any idea what this is?
