NEED URGENT HELP

Summary: My headphones aren't turning on.
Earlier today, I was using my Razer Barracuda Xs, which are wireless. I took a break annd left for an hour or 2. When I came back, my headphones wpuldn't turn on. At first, I thought it was the status indicator, but when I put it on charge it lit up as normal. It's definitely not a power or battery issue either. My main current suspect is the power button,, and it might be faulty. Does anyone know how I can check what's wrong with it? Would it be cheap to fix or would I have to get a new one. I believe it might still be under warranty, however my Dad wil probably get mad as it would be the second time I've replaced them. Thank you so much for any help

I would reach out to razer support to see if this is a known issue with the headset

Reach out to razer support and see if it's a issue that could be fixed yourself with like a firmware update through your PC. If it isn't then what you do after is up to you. Just know to take advantage of the warranties. It's not like you have to pay to get it replaced by razer.

You pay for the warranty (one way or another) so don't worry about using it.
