So as you can see in the video, my friend's desktop has done this diskcheck during startup for no reason. We can't get it to stop and we want it gone. There's an WD Blue 1TB SSD in the system and we diskcheck on a fresh windows 10 installation comes back with no issues. We've tried to disable it in elevated CMD and went through registry keys to stop it, but no butter bar for us this time.

Are all partitions set?
