the gpu is going to be a gtx 1650 because that's the only one availble in my country

i figured out all the rest exept for the cpu

please help me choose one of those with the least possible bottleneck :

-Intel Core i5-9400F

-Intel Core i5-10400F

-Intel Core i5-11400F

- Amd ryzen 5 3500x

-AMD Ryzen 5 1600

the rest of this system is going to be 16 gb ram , 256 gb ssd with 1 TO hdd storage , and a 600 watt psu

You should really tell us what country "my country" is so that we can try to determine local pricing and make recommendations accordingly.

Generally, there is no reason to use any of these CPU's because there are newer generation models available which outperform them which are quite affordable... at least in North America where most of this forum's users live.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

yup there is a 12100f but i think 4 cores are not really that good

Apart from the 11400F it's faster than the CPU's you talked about, even in multicore. Not only that but it allows for the best upgrades, and it supports much newer features (PCIe 5.0, DDR5, etc. Not that you should be using one of these features with this price point)

What about Ryzen 5 5500?

we don't have ryzen 5 5500 in tunisia , but are 4 cores really good for gaming ?

The i3 12100F beats the R5 5500 in most games. I would go with the i3 over the 5500 any day, and you still have a good upgrade path. Pair it with a board like the MSI B660/M-A, Asus B660/M TUF or Gigabyte B660/M Gaming X etc.

Four cores is fine. Most games only use one core anyway, and for the ones that do use more than 4, it has better multithread performance than almost all the CPUs you listed there anyway, so it'll still perform better than everything but the 11400F.

Basically, in ~90% of games the 12100F will be the fastest, and in 10% the 11400F will be the fastest, and since the 12100F has a stronger upgrade path than the 11400F, I see it as the best option.
