Sideload apps

Hi, I'm trying to install adobe after effects and got error code 506. after researching I found that I need to enable sideload apps

 

on this website it says i find it here in settings

 

But I dont have anything on top of developer mode?

 

Is it hidden?

Ticking that "Install apps from any source, including loose files" box should do it according to Adobe.

This is not a Windows option/problem.

It is Adobe. If it was Windows, when you run it, Windows would show a nice popup message, explaining the whole thing. In your case, the setup already opened, and it is the one that complains.
