Budget (including currency): ~$1200

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: It's my first PC so I will be trying a multitude of games that I am yet to know.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): The parts that have their prices changed are ones that I will be getting from microcenter, but microcenter isn't on PC part picker so I had to do it manually. I already have the mouse and keyboard which both have rgb, so I want to keep an rgb theme, hence the case, fans, ram, and cpu cooler. Lastly, I will be building this PC soon; I just have to get a few other things sorted out. Any advice helps, thanks.

CPU: either get 12400F which is cheaper due to lacking integrated graphics, or consider downgrading to 12100F - not as good as 400 tier, but if it covers the price of a better GPUs then it might be a better choice atm... unless you are planning to update GPU in the future when needed, then 12400F.

For CPU cooler - the stock (comes with it) might be as good as the one you've added - check Gamer's Nexus youtube channel - they might have more info.

Same story with anything RGB - skip, put your money in better parts.

Its a struggle to fit in rgb at that price for strictly parts. I'd recommend that if you really want rgb I'd get a strip if you still want that aesthetic. The mobo has integrated wifi so it won't be as tacky to have an extension card for the same price.

Are you planning to upgrade the monitor any time soon? Low res 60hz and might be smart to get only a 6600 for 300$ and save 200$ for something useful.

I probably will because I'd want to get the best out of my parts, but it all really depends on if I am able to get more funds.
