Blu-ray tower

Budget (including currency): 150ish

Country:USA

 

I like having CD/DVD/Blu-ray Drives. I burn a lot of discs. Very few new PC cases have drive slots so I'm looking to get something like this and plugging it into my new case:

The problem is I can not seem to find a SATA to USB controller. People were using this, but I can not find one to buy:

Any suggestions on how to get this working?
