1000hz -> 1000x read / sek. Go with that one. I doubt you'll notice much of a difference between 500 and 1000 but if you already have the option why not use it ^^

hello what report rate should i use for my mouse (G400) i play mostly Counter strike Global offensive and FPS games.

 

i can choose between 125/250/500/1000.
