Hello, recently i began to notice that my fan is  sometimes louder than average. it's almost like it was scraping something, when i checked it there was nothing in the way of the fan. one day out of frustration i gave it a smack and it worked perfectly silent again, ofcourse for a couple of moments then it started to make the sounds again. it's weird beacuse sometimes it works fine and sometimes it makes noise. I noticed it has to do with something inside the fan ( inside the circle with letter "S" ) but im not the most qualified person to fix it. also im not 100% sure if it actually is the inside of the fan.

im including a pic of the fan i have trouble with. it is a bit dusty but i used the compressed air to cleaned it.

sorry for my broken english it's not my first language.

im looking forward to read your opinion on this, especially if you had similiar problem.

I've had similar issue some time ago, my case fans made louder noise and even though i cleaned it quite regularly, its the original case fans from my GameMax case i bought a few years back, so im pretty sure the bearings gone bad already, so i bought some cheap Deepcool X Fan for replacements, its working just fine now, its even more silent.
