You dont need those 113$ fans. Use that to upgrade the GPU to something better.

Honestly speaking its not too bad. if you are purely gaming, id consider the 5600x and b550, 32 gigs of ram and youll be better off, but 11700k isnt too bad. Its all about min maxing that performance for the GPU

I changed the CPU to a 12400F because it's much cheaper and the performance difference is small. This SSD should be cheaper and you won't notice any difference. Same for the PSU. The GPU is much better. You can also get a 6750 XT which has more VRAM but it doesn't perform as well on higher resolutions as a 3070 so I don't know which is better for VR (both are good for the other games). I removed Windows since you can get cheap keys online for $15. Also you're spending $114 on fans, do you really want to spend that much? If you want RGB get some cheap Cooler Master fans and it should do the job. You could also get even cheaper ones but they might be louder, if that's not a problem for you you could get that.

You do realize that the 11700k is last gens i7? The 12400f OR 12600k qre both cheaper and faster.  Noctua coolers are also kind of a waste when there are cheaper options with equal or better cooling.

I have no clue why youd recommend a $100 cooler for a 12400f.  You may also be able to get thise fans in a 3 pack, or just some basic upbere or similar knockoffs for under $30 for a 3 pack.  For case fans performance is meaningless (cheap ones still perform more than well enough) and basic rgb ones will do whatever pattern the motherboard tells them.

I edit the shit out of my posts.  Refresh before you respond.

Idk, I probably looked over that (I copied the part list and edited it). I just changed the cooler and fans, and also changed the GPU to a 3070.
