Advice for PC Build

Budget (including currency): CA$1500-1600 (Without OS Price)

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming(mid - max settings), Blender, Visual Studio, Recording/Streaming

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I want to run most games at 60+ FPS at 1440p, and run big Blender files at decent speeds.
I have compiled a list of parts, would like recommendations on what to change to get the price lower.
Some preferences are that the colors should be black or silver, and I don't want it to be loud.
RAM and SSD are more what I want in terms of specs, I will buy whatever is on sale.

Save a few bucks by getting a cheaper power supply:

750W for cheaper too: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/6NcG3C/corsair-rmx-2021-750-w-80-gold-certified-fully-modular-atx-power-supply-cp-9020199-na

If it has to be EVGA: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/4ZFKHx/evga-supernova-ga-750-w-80-gold-certified-fully-modular-atx-power-supply-220-ga-0750-x1

You get the idea.

However the biggest savings is probably trying to get a 3060 Ti Founders for $550 + tax which will perform similarly to the dual fan XC card. Join the VideoGameDeals Canada discord to sign up for alerts for next BestBuy drop. They've been in and out of stock the past two weeks.
