Pc Performing way below expectations

I recently bought a 3070 and noticed that my performance was not as good as other builds, even ones similar to mine. I used user benchmark and noticed nearly all my parts are preforming below others. 

 

Specs

 

Mobo: Asrock b450 pro4-f

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

Gpu: Asus Dual 3070 oc

Ram: Patriot Memory Viper 4 Series 3000MHz  8GB Dual Channel DDR4 (4 sticks so 16gbs)

Psu:Corsair CX750m

Do not use Userbenchmark. Its Utter Garbage and is not to be used on here. They have Very specific Bias and its not a reliable test to see where you are at.

 

Remember that every game and such you have to run Identical settings, otherwise its not an apples to apples test.

 

The Ram could be better but overall you should be fine
