Budget (including currency): $300 US dollars

Country: Puerto Rico, 00928

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Arch Linux, Android Studio (no device emulation), basic Virtualbox. (for software development and testing)

Other details:

I got:

- 1TB Sata 2.5 SSD

- HDMI monitor Full HD

I would like to add a basic discrete GPU later on.

With that budget I'd suggest seeing what you can get used. 

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
