Question about the Phanteks Eclipse p360a

smh_will

So my current build is in this case, the phanteks eclipse p360a. This is about the front io rgb controller not working.

I have the usb, sata, and d-rgb port plugged into the motherboard but the rgb controller is still not working.

The only thing i do not have plugged into anything is the drgb port where the pins are coming out of the cable itself, not the motherboard. I cannot find anywhere to plug this in.

My mobo is the MSI MPG Gaming Edge Wi-Fi

What could I do to fix my problem??

Which header on the MB did you plug your D-RGB cable from the case to

You can just post any photos you want to show us here.
It's better too since everyone that want or can help will be able to see it too

Saying this just in case, make sure you plug the RGB connector to the JRAINBOW header correctly.
Note that the connector have 4 pin hole, but only 3 have actual pins.

So first one is my current io plug-ins

the second is the only one I don’t have plugged in

Just to clarify stuffs, when you said the button isn't working. What exactly do you mean, like what / which LED didn't change color, etc.

Can't see if you plugged the connector correctly or not, since they all look the same without actually seeing the pins.
Just make sure you plug it correctly. I think on that motherboard the JRAINBOW pinout is :  PIN - PIN - NO PIN - PIN
So take a look at your connector, and see the metal pin holes on it, and plug accordingly.
