Specifically on the Asus Tuf B550 PLUS. Is this an input or an output?

 

I have music equipment I need to be able to live monitor outside of recording, but also need to split between multiple outputs (already have that handled), and I think an SPID audio extractor combined with the Line In may do the trick.

I don't badmouth others' input, I'd appreciate others not badmouthing mine. *** More below ***
