onboard GPU help

Kitty2000

mobo: MAG B660M MORTAR WIFI DDR4

CPU: i5 12400

monitor: Dell U2414H

DiplaycarD : GTX 960

windows 10

i've upgraded my system with new cpu and mobo and ram. and fresh installed windows 10 pro

installed all drivers and enabled onboard GPU.

in device manager under, i can see the GTX 960 and  interR UHD graphics.

case 1

in bios i set PEG. and set Multi-Monitor on.

in window devices manger i cant see both GPU.

but if i unplug the hdmi from gtx 960 and plug into the onboard hdmi port. it doesnt work. monitor entering sleep mode. (same after reboot)

case 2:

same as case 1, and removed the GTX 960 display card, and still shows monitor entering sleep mode.

case 3. i set in bios for and use IGD only. and still shows monitor entering sleep mode.

case 4. i removed the display card , reset cmos and bios. but same. shows monitor entering sleep mode.

for all the case , it can login to windows and i can remote into my computer.

and the monitor always work when i plug into GTX960 hdmi port.

does it means my monior not compatibale with the onboard GPU or what am i missing?

thanks for anyhelp

updated. i bought a dp cable and connect to the onboard display and it worked. so i guess the hdmi 2.1 port on the mobo is the problem?

Or the cable.
Can't see the picture you uploaded in previous post, all I get when clicking on it is a 404 error.

There is approximately 99% chance I edited my post
