I upgraded to a B550 and a Ryzen 5700x what do I gotta do, this gpu is updated to last driver

You got a new mobo and cpu and ram i suppose. Install GPU like in the old board and install drivers after installing windows.

I bought a new Mobo, CPU and memory. I have to do something before put my old GPU (1660 Super) on new mobo I just bought?

It will work! You just move the card from the old mobo to the new mobo and install the drivers!
