Cables managing

So, I built a middle end pc for my sister, I built it pretty well but when I connected the cables from the monitor to all the other devices, it looked very ugly. Like the cables are every where in the table. Any tips on making it clean. I dont wanna keep my pc down, Just on the top of my table. I have a budget of like 27-30 to send on cable managing stuff. You can use the vhb tape to tape the cable management box under your desk, and the other zip ties and stuff to organize the cables

making cables look pretty is a 'you' thing, not a cost thing. you can make them pretty with some garden center metal wire, just takes a moment to do so.
