Help with ram timings for gaming

Hello guys, i play a lot of warzone and i heard that the game benefits a lot with ram timings, my question is which is the best timings and how to do ?

With the specs below i only get 120 160 fps maybe with the right timings it will give it a boost

It's down to the specific kit of memory you have what it'll do. The best performance on Ryzen is the highest frequency you can get while maintaining 1:1 between the FCLK and the memory frequency. With the 5950X, 99% of the time that number ends up being 3800MHz. You then want to go through and lower all your timings while still making sure that it's stable. There are a ton of guides online for how to overclock memory on Ryzen, follow one of those and see how it goes.
