If you really want an AIO, get an Arctic or Lian Li or EK version.

The Corsair AIOs are fine?  But not as good as those three for cooling.

Do you plan to buy all of this now or can you wait? new hardware is on the horizon so you can either get these parts for cheaper in the next couple of months, or for the same price, get much faster hardware. 

 

the cooler is extremely overkill for a 5600x. 

id rather get a better quality psu rather than going for rgb which you will not even see

Can you share some stores you'll be buying from? PCPP doesn't list prices for a lot of parts. This is a list that's generally pretty decent, but there might be better stuff available since I don't know prices.
