Screen goes green

I've been having some issues where my display will randomly turn green while playing Escape From Tarkov. When the issue happens i can alt+f4 out of the game and it will go back to normal. My gpu is an ASUS Dual RX5700xt Evo, all the drivers are up to date and i cant get the issue to happen in anything but EfT.
