I'd try to swap this out for an i5 12400F and a cheap B660 board. Odds are it will be about the same price and it is much faster. Even the i3 12100F and a B660 board would be faster in the games you play, though the i5 is probably the better deal.

depends what you are using it for but chances are that you will not be able to use the full potential of 32gb of ram and you could downgrade to 16gb

try this by g.skill https://www.amazon.com/G-SKILL-Ripjaws-PC4-25600-3200MHz-F4-3200C16D-16GVKB/dp/B015FXXBW0

I hit 700W on an i5 with a NHD15

Also I'm 14 so please just confirm anything I say with someone more experienced

also you might need some mass storage for most people 2-4 terabytes should be more than enough one m.2 ssd and a hard drive/ ssd

So the mother boards with the 1700 socket are with 60lv move expensive than the am4 ones

so i would prefer ryzen

What's the price difference between the 3600 and the 12100f or 12400f?

Edit: The site that has the 3060 has the 12100f being 100lv cheaper than the 3600. Intel would be 40lv cheaper for higher overall performance in games.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.

Intel Core i5-12400F-389bgn

Intel Core i3-12100F-240bgn
But how is the i3 faster than the ryzen

Watch the GN review I linked. It's newer, current generation CPU vs a 3 year old CPU. IPC increases and higher boost speed help it a lot.

The video is having a hard time imbedding for me. Incase it is for you also here's the actual link.

Full synthetic loads =/= in game performance. OP won't be disappointed with the 12100f or the 3600 for gaming, but for gaming the 12100f is the better deal.
