Windows 11 Help

I'm building a custom gaming computer for my gf's brother and was going to put Windows 10 on it but he wants to know if Windows 11 will be able to run on it. I know that custom computers and Windows 11 is a big grey area right now so I'm looking for some guidance on. This is the build

Windows 11 will work on basically any new system these days. You many need to enable the tpm in the bios/uefi, but most new boards will do this by default now as windows 11 requires it.

yes, it can run windows 11. But a bios setting might be needed. I would not go for an oem tho

Why not OEM? I normally buy the retail USB edition but Memory Express doesn't have any in stock.

Its so expensive, there are other options to get windows 10, if you get what i mean

Oh I'm picking up what you are putting down. His parents are paying for this and they don't care about the price of this build so I don't have any problem with going with OEM license.

Just get a product key on ebay for $5 and enjoy his parent’s being $100 richer.  They work every time.  Just make sure to activate it shortly after buying it. 
 

Thays also way too much to be paying for a 3080 when the 3080ti is a little cheaper and the 6950xt is much cheaper.
