There is no "best" router brand. If you could give some more information about your situation it would be easier to help you pick a specific model. 

 

Things that effect what router to buy: 

- Area (how long does it have to reach, how big is your house/ apartment for example. Multiple floors?)

- How fast is your internet connection?

- Budget? 

- Parental control? 

 

Regarding brands, most, if not all, major brands have pretty similar performance it comes down to the model you pick out.

My wifi speed is 100mbs. Single floor apartment 2bhk. Under 20 - 25 dollars

Which part of the world are you in? What online markets do you have access to?

 

At that price range, anything that you find will be sufficient. Nothing fancy. Maybe from the old WiFi 4 or WiFi 5 (wave 1) generation.
