CPU cooler expandable for later custom loop?

I want to liquid cool my computer, but until I upgrade my gpu, I only want to cool my cpu. Is there a good all in one cpu cooler that is expandable in the future or would it be a better idea to do a custom loop without the gpu?

Depends on how far you want to expand in the future. If it's gonna be a single gpu and cpu in the future, then h220. Otherwise custom loop.

Gonna be just cpu and gpu, I'll check out the h220

I'd wait imo. Soon we have the new H220x which comes with a better looking block and the pump & res are on the radiator. They improved the pump as well.
