So i think im going to use this as my base per its specs to cost. for a webcam i might as well just get an iphone instead of a camera. that might just be all im looking for then...   for iphones, is there a good place to purchase them instead of through my network? I dont like corporate phone companies and want to undermine their market

is there an equivalent to the laptop ive linked in the post above to something with more vram for its graphics card? i imagine a 2gb difference would be noticeable.

Asus g14 or g15 with a better gpu. DO NOT GET THAT VIVOBOOK. The screen burns in super easily. Oled on a windows device is NOT recommended at all.
