Which Case do I buy?

Hi, I'm new to building PCs and needed some help with finding a good PC case for my Build. Here are the Requirements:

 

The Case *Needs* to have:

A USB Type-C Port on the Front I/O

Three 120mm RGB Fans on the front (Included with the Case)

360mm Radiator support on the TOP

ATX Motherboard Support

A Mesh Panel on the The Front and Top.

 

The Case *Can* have:

RGB

Tempered Glass on the Side.

 

Budget:

Anything less than 120 Dollars (Exceptions for good price to performance cases).

Lina Li Lancool II Mesh and Corsair 4000X RGB comes to mind, maybe Phanteks 500

Most others either don't have all the requirements or are above  $120 (cases prices did inflate quite a bit since some months)

fyi most cases that include RGB Fans include shit tier fans.  FYI.

IMO just grab a 3-pack AL120 fans, it's way better than stock case fans

Aren't they too expensive though?

I agree that the stock fans are bad but I think I can invest a little less into some more fans..

Arctic P12s are a great choice or Enermax HF120

Why doesn't he (also) consider cases with 140mm fan (designs)?   Maybe wants a smaller case?
