You posted a link to the the PSU twice. Most cases do use standard ATX PSU though. Very small form factor builds use some smaller PSUs, however if you want to be sure, post a link to the actual case.

Micro ATX will accept any regular PSU.

If you talking about smaller than that, then you might have a problem.

Yeah.  That's an ATX case for micro ATX boards.  So yes.

Also, why such a cheap PSU?

well if you wanna include prebuild, same goes for modern HP with their version of 6pin mobo plug.
