Budget (including currency): around 4-5000 €

Country:  Italy

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Primarily physics simulation (and possibly games of the like of Witcher 3, Cyberpunk, Elder ring etc). Most of the simulations runs on 2-4 threads. At some point I will venture in the realm of GPU-based simulations

Other details: Peripherals are also needed (monitor, keyboard and mouse). Not really an expert monitor wise, and I accept to compromise on it for now with the possibility of upgrading in the future. Also, about 50% of the usage will be done remotely. For the operating system, I would stay on Windows, using something like WSL to connect in ssh and actually run the simulation program. Ideally memory start from 32GB.

Any advice on the actual components? I'm really a noob when it comes to hardware. Thank you for any input!!
