ryzen7 Stream PC Keeps "Soft" Crashing

Hello Everyone my name is Red I am new here and this is my first post I ran threw the forum to see if I could find something similar to my issue but could not find anything.

So here is the issue my GF is a streamer when she is using her PC during stream after about 30min to an Hr the PC with Studer the monitors with go black for about 5 seconds the lights inside the PC with flicker or revert back to rainbow puke. After the 5 seconds the screens pop back on the pc goes back to its normal color but all the apps or games that were open will come back as not Responding.

 

So far I have swapped out the ram, swapped Gpu's, reverted all over clocked settings back to factory monitored core/ram/gpu temps all are in acceptable ranges all drivers are up to date as well.

 

The PC was built in January and starting having this issue 3 weeks ago.

 

I'm not sure where else to go from here maybe there is uneven pressure on the CPU? any help or advice is greatly apricated!!

Corsair vengeance RGB pro 32GB  DDR4 3600 C18

Corsair H100i Elite Liquid cooler 

Gigabyte RTX 3060 12GB

Corsair RM750

Corsair Crystal 680x RGB mid tower case

OS is Windows 11
