No post

I just bought a Gigabyte b550 gaming x v2 and ryzen 7 5700G. Build the pc, and when I turn it on i get no post, just a black screen, fans are spinning and ram is light up. I tried updating the bios to f10 (first bios to be compatible with ryzen 5000 series) and f15.a, latest one. The mobo seems to have updated the bios but still has non post. Also only way to turn off the pc is to turn off the power supply. PSU is enermax maxproII, 400W. Does anyone know what the issue is?

 

Edit 1: now, pc restarts until ram is lit up, it sometimes isn't and fans would still be running

Edit 2: Now it stopped restarting but there still isn't any post

Edit 3: It restarts again and again for some unknown reason, like 5min after I said it didn't

There aren't any on this mobo, also each time I turned the pc on, it would restart in a cycle, I unplugged every front panel cable except usb 3.0 and when I jump it it doesn't restart. Still no post though

Is there a speaker attached to the motherboard?  Does it have an alphanumeric readout on it?

No, there aren't any
