ASUS laptop poor performance

My laptop is 3 years old its ASUS tuf fx 504 i used to play gta 5 with many mods also used to record that gameplay in HD without any lag but I don't  know why not its performance is so poor I even don't think i can play Minecraft in this what should be the probable reason...… also my laptop was in warranty so i changed my motherboard, and hard disk.

What are your cpu/gpu temps

Ypu might want to reapply the thermal paste as its 3 years old and probably has dried out
