Chromebook

Does any have a Chromebook or has used one for an extensive amount of time? I was thinking of getting one for uni work and putting Ubuntu on it. But are they really cheaply made? Do they break easy? Is the battery good quality? And how much of the 16g did you get on the samsung version?

I'm gonna bump this.

 

I plan to get it so that I can use it as a browser, word processor, and pretty much everything else it can do. Also I can use it to connect to my home desktop and do some code compiling or more resource hungry tasks.

I have been using my laptop for all the things mentioned above, but Chromebook seems to be lighter and not as big.

 

Plus there is a deal on amazon for used/repacked chromebooks. For slightly under $200 might give it a try.
