Black Screen After StartUp, No Beep, No Error Code...

BACKGROUND:

 

I had this PC for a while, it has been working fine. I have recently been switching GPUs around different PCs and after all the manipulations this one does not work. Get a black screen without any beeps or error codes.

 

SETUP:

• Motherboard: ASUS Z170 Pro
• CPU: Inter Core i7 6700K
• GPU: Gigabyte NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 G1 Gaming 8 GB GDDR5
• RAM: HyperX FURY 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) 2133 MHz DDR4
• PSU: Corsair CP-9020098-UK VS Series VS650 ATX/EPS 80 PLUS

 

TRIED SO FAR:

• Clearing CMOS
• Another PSU
• Another Monitor
• Another DP cable
• Reseating the CPU, RAM, GPU
• Connecting DP cable directly to motherboard
• Minimal set up with just CPU and one RAM stick

 

OTHER INFO:

I remember before when there was something wrong it would at least beep or light up one of the debugging LEDs, now there is nothing. The motherboard does partially light up and the fans spin up when turned on, so its not totally broken, but could it be that some of the motherboard just died? How would I even check for that?
