Psu Damaged ssd?

Hi, ive been having (using) a bad/damaged psu, at first, nothing seems to be wrong exept, random shutdowns, buzzing noize, etc. But my Samsung 850 evo began to Freeze everytime i click something or trying to open Edge or anything else. But my 870 Qvo is working perfectly fine. Did my (bad) psu damage my ssd?
