Is my SSD working?

How do you tell if an SSD is working? I bought this SSD off of eBay for parts/not working expecting to run the warranty process. But when I plugged in the SSD it was fully working? All I had to do is initialize it and then partition it in Windows. I transferred files to it and had no issues and I also see the full amount of storage in File Explorer.

 

How do I test an SSD to make sure it's fully working?
